SERVICE TEAMS

We have a separate engineering department with a team of highly trained technicians and engineers. Our team is also well supported online by the Engineering Departments of our OEM’s. Our Company has the policy to enhance the level of performance and meet client expectation by periodical training programs in-house and also by our Principals globally .

Our Asset Management Team is engaged full time in monitoring the maintenance of our hiring asset in-house and onsite with inventory. While our centralized stores in Mumbai  always have adequate spares to ensure on-time services.

The Back-Office Team provides efficient communication backed with Daily Progress Report (DPR) and ensure completion of total processing of each complaint.
